Terms and Conditions for Park Registration – Jayco Greatest Escapes of 2024

By registering your park for the Jayco Greatest Escapes of 2024 promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility:
    • The person registering the park must have the authority to do so and consent to these terms and conditions on behalf of the park.
  2. Registration:
    • Registration must be completed through the official Jayco Greatest Escapes 2024 website.
    • All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
  3. Contact Information:
    • By registering, you agree that the contact details provided will be shared with Jayco Australia and Gervale Homes for sales and marketing purposes. This may include promotional emails, newsletters, and other marketing communications.
  4. Consent to Use of Information:
    • By registering, you consent to the use of your park’s information, including but not limited to park name, location, and any promotional materials, for marketing and promotional purposes related to the Jayco Greatest Escapes of 2024 campaign.
  5. Promotion and Voting:
    • Registered parks will be listed on the Jayco Greatest Escapes 2024 website for public voting.
    • Prizes for the parks with the most votes in each category are as follows:
      • Best Couples Holiday Park: $1,000 for park improvements.
      • Best Family Holiday Park: $1,000 for park improvements.
      • Best Budget Friendly Holiday Park: $1,000 for park improvements.
      • Best Pet Friendly Holiday Park: $1,000 for park improvements.
      • People’s Choice Category: $1,000 for park improvements.
      • The park with the most votes overall will be titled “Jayco Greatest Escapes 2024 Best Holiday Park” and will receive $10,000 for park improvements. This park will also win the prize listed above for their respective category.
  6. Social Media and Promotion:
    • Registered parks are encouraged to promote their participation in the competition on social media platforms to garner votes.
    • Jayco Australia may provide promotional materials, including images and suggested posts, to assist in your promotional efforts.

    • Jayco Australia reserves the right to disqualify any park from the competition if the information provided is found to be false or if the park is found to have engaged in fraudulent activities to influence voting.
  9. Liability:
    • Jayco Australia and its partners will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Jayco Greatest Escapes of 2024 promotion.
  10. Amendments:
    • Jayco Australia reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered parks.
